Heineken have a very thorough and vigorous process when selecting their working partners. In particular the MHE project for Tadcaster was very nearly a 12 month process from the beginning of our discussions to final project execution. The Heineken team were extremely detailed and professional and therefore expected the same standards from their chosen supplier.

Sector: Fastening technology and supply chain solutions.
Company: Fabory is a leading global distributor of industrial fasteners and precision mechanical components based in the Netherlands. Founded in 1947, Fabory now employs over 1000 people in 12 countries.
Challenge: Implementing an automated central warehouse to manage inventory more efficiently, reduce costs and delivery times and optimise intralogistics processes.
Solution: Three automated MX-X iGo very narrow aisle trucks and four automated EXV iGo high lift pallet trucks with lithium-ion technology.

Sector: Automotive supplier
Company: Specialist in innovative premium lighting systems and electronics. System supplier in the automotive industry, with almost 10,000 employees worldwide.
Challenge: Optimising processes, safety and costs for a warehouse with a capacity of 7000 pallets and around 45,000 small load carriers.
Products: Automated high lift pallet truck STILL EXV iGo systems, automated very narrow aisle truck STILL MX-X iGo systems, fully automatic Miniload small parts warehouse, conveyor systems, DiQ warehouse management system (WMS) and a shelving and platform system.

Sector: Packing, transport and solutions
Company: Specialist in seaworthy export packaging with around 190 employees and numerous locations.
Challenge: Global shipping of 7000 packages (~65,300 m3 or 15,000 t of goods that are packaged to be seaworthy). Tough operating conditions due to weather.
Solution: Test phase (rental) of an RCD 160/1200 (diesel forklift truck, load capacity of 16 tonnes) with custom configuration and subsequent purchase.

Sector: Construction machinery
Company: 140 companies across all continents with 49,000 employees (last updated: 2021)
Challenge: Equipment for a new production warehouse with a range of assembly parts consisting of 27,000 items.
Solution: Use of the new STILL PXV vertical order picker (in a field test) with a reach height of 14.5 m to optimise space utilisation.
Further products: Even before the field test of the new PXV, the production warehouse was equipped with warehouse trucks and material handling technology, STILL MX-X very narrow aisle order pickers and STILL EK-X vertical order pickers.
